William can also conduct mediations on his Chamber’s floor located at level 12, Owen Dixon Chambers West, 525 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne where he uses his floor’s conference room and his chambers as breakout rooms. His floor’s conference room also has fixed audio-visual facilities for online mediation where a hybrid mediation can also be conducted.

Co-mediation:

Singapore Convention:
William is also available for mediations under the Singapore Convention on Mediation, provided his agreed fees are paid into his clerk's trust account before the mediation begins.
Fees:
William charges a fixed fee for conducting mediation, which includes 2 hours preparation and up to 1 hour of pre-mediation meetings with the parties or their legal representatives, where appropriate.
